Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

Yes, in order to shop at www.mysugarboo.com you need to create an account. When you register with us, you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Iv'e forgotten my password! What should I do?

To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email. 

 

When will my order ship?

The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed, unless the item is on back order. Please keep in mind that business days do not include the weekend or holidays. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number. The email will contain order details, shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your order.

Most orders will take 3-7 business days for transit time, not including the processing time. Delivery dates are subject to change due to restrictions presented by the carrier, or weather conditions.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your order. You can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Order Status.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been shipped?

SugarBoo is currently available in the United States and Canada.

 

How do I care for my tools?

A damp cloth may be used to wipe the exterior clean from product buildup. Please make sure your tool is unplugged and has cooled before using a damp cloth. Flat iron plates may be wiped clean as well.

 

What are the benefits of ceramic styling tools?

Ceramic is a composite material usually made of clay. Ceramic creates a far infrared heat signal that penetrates the hair shaft, preserving hair's natural moisture and luster. Ceramic heats up quickly and distributes it evenly, meaning fewer passes over each section of hair to achieve silky results. Our ceramic products are infused with Tourmaline to ensure an extra boost of negative ions to smooth out your hair.

 

What is Tourmaline and what are the benefits?

Tourmaline is a semiprecious mineral, which is known as the "electric stone" because, when heated, it emits negative ions and healthy infrared heat. The stone is crushed and usually fused together, or layered on top of ceramic to give you an extra boost of negative ions. These ions reduce static and seal the hair cuticle which, in turn, helps to diminish frizz, smooth locks and enhance shine
